No more exercise shopping for me.  I still walk, swim and play golf occasionally, but Bikram is all I need to maintain strength, flexibility, organ health, self esteem and a good disposition.  It requires your full effort, focus on yourself in the postures, and sometimes your “bulldog determination” to get through ninety minutes in a hot room.
