I’ve been doing Bikram yoga for 17 years and love it! Yes it is a challenge, but it is for both beginning and experienced yogis. I belong to a gym and do other types of yoga but Bikram is hands-down my favorite! Bikram is the best work out for the mind, body, and spirit all at the same time while strengthening the entire body – bones to skin. This yoga has so many benefits and has specifically helped me to stay fit, be motivated and disciplined, and create balance in my life. This yoga strengthens, detoxifies, and recharges you after every single class! Just come with an open mind, listen to dialogue, and breathe and you will be fine!
